General Terms & Conditions Nova Amare

These terms apply to all trajectories and sessions provided by Korinth and Nova Amare.

Definitions

  • Contractor: Nova Amare.
  • Client: The other party, namely the customer.
  • Agreement: An oral or written agreement between the client and contractor regarding the delivery of services or goods.

Company Description Nova Amare was founded by Nikki Korinth and is based in Zoetermeer. Nova Amare is a trade name of Korinth and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 77539796.

1. Registration & Liability

Confirmation of registration for a trajectory, workshop, course, or session is handled via email. Verbal agreements are not binding. By registering, the client acknowledges that participation in any session or course (digital, pre-recorded, or live) is entirely at their own risk. This includes any potential physical or emotional injury. The client remains responsible for their choices, behavior, and the consequences thereof at all times. The contractor is excluded from any form of liability.

2. Health & Wellbeing

A holistic coaching session or treatment is a beautiful addition to your wellbeing, but it is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment. The contractor does not provide medical diagnoses. Always consult a physician for persistent physical or psychological complaints. The contractor commits to an “effort obligation” (performing to the best of their ability) rather than a “result obligation,” as outcomes depend on many personal factors.

3. Confidentiality

Your privacy is sacred. The contractor will never share your information (including email or phone number) with third parties without your consent, unless required by law or a court ruling.

 

4. Payment Terms

Payment for products or services must be made in advance via the payment page at www.novaamare.nl.

  • 4.1 Installments: Available for selected programs. Payment must be made within 14 days of invoicing.
  • 4.2 Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the service, please reach out to info@novaamare.nl so we can talk. Please note that Nova Amare does not offer refunds for purchased services, courses, or products.
  • 4.3 Late Payments: Reminders will include administrative fees. Late payment results in loss of access to the program and the Community.

5. Cancellation Policy

To respect the energy and time invested, appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours in advance via email (including your name, date, and phone number). If cancelled within 48 hours, or in the case of a no-show, the full fee will be charged.

  • Pre-paid services are non-refundable. If available, appointments may be rescheduled once within two months of the initial date.
  • Workshops: If cancelled, you may join on another date, subject to availability.
  • Digital Products: Pre-recorded products (replays, etc.) are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

6. Force Majeure (Overmacht)

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the contractor’s control, obligations may be suspended. If this period exceeds 2 months, either party may dissolve the agreement without compensation.

7. Intellectual Property

Nova Amare owns the rights to all materials, including the Krachtig in de Liefde model, audios, meditations, and exercises. These are for your personal use only. Sharing or selling these materials without written permission will result in a fine of €5,000, plus €1,000 for every day the violation continues.

8. Complaints & 9. Law

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 8 days of the session. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be handled by the court in the contractor’s district. Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements.

Our services (hypnosis, healing, retreats, and courses) are designed for personal growth, awareness, and spiritual development.

  • Medical Care: We are not doctors or psychologists. Our work does not replace professional medical advice. Never stop medication without consulting your doctor.
  • Personal Responsibility: You are the captain of your own journey. Nova Amare is not liable for any damages arising from participation.
  • Results: Every process is unique. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes as they depend on your own openness and dedication.
  • Safety: Please inform us of any physical or psychological conditions before we start. We reserve the right to refuse participation if it is not deemed safe for your situation. Alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited during sessions.

Algemene Voorwaarden – Nova Amare

Deze voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle trajecten, sessies, workshops, retreats, cursussen en (online) programma’s die worden aangeboden door Nova Amare.

Definities

    • Opdrachtnemer: Nova Amare, handelsnaam van Korinth, ingeschreven bij de Kamer van Koophandel onder nummer 77539796.

    • Opdrachtgever: de natuurlijke persoon of rechtspersoon die gebruikmaakt van de diensten of producten van opdrachtnemer.

    • Overeenkomst: een mondelinge of schriftelijke overeenkomst tussen opdrachtgever en opdrachtnemer met betrekking tot levering van diensten of producten.

1. Aanmelding & aansprakelijkheid

    • Aanmeldingen voor trajecten, workshops, cursussen of sessies worden uitsluitend bevestigd via e-mail. Mondelinge afspraken zijn niet bindend.

    • Deelname aan sessies, workshops, retreats, (online) cursussen en trajecten geschiedt geheel op eigen risico.

    • Opdrachtgever blijft altijd zelf verantwoordelijk voor keuzes, gedrag en gevolgen, zowel tijdens als na deelname.

    • Opdrachtnemer sluit iedere aansprakelijkheid uit voor lichamelijk, geestelijk of materieel letsel als gevolg van deelname.

2. Gezondheid

    • Een sessie, cursus of behandeling van Nova Amare is geen vervanging voor medische of psychologische zorg.

    • Opdrachtnemer stelt geen medische diagnoses. Bij lichamelijke of psychische klachten dient opdrachtgever altijd een arts of specialist te raadplegen.

    • Opdrachtnemer heeft een inspanningsverplichting, geen resultaatsverplichting. Resultaten kunnen verschillen en zijn mede afhankelijk van de inzet en situatie van de opdrachtgever.

3. Geheimhouding

    • Opdrachtnemer behandelt alle persoonlijke informatie van opdrachtgever vertrouwelijk en zal deze niet aan derden verstrekken zonder toestemming.

    • Indien opdrachtnemer hiertoe wettelijk verplicht is (bijvoorbeeld via rechterlijke uitspraak), vervalt deze geheimhoudingsplicht.

4. Betalingsvoorwaarden

    • Betaling dient altijd voorafgaand te geschieden via de betaalpagina van www.novaamare.nl, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen.

    • Voor bepaalde programma’s is betaling in termijnen mogelijk. Facturen dienen binnen 14 dagen te worden voldaan.

    • Bij te late betaling kan toegang tot programma’s en community worden ontzegd en kunnen administratiekosten worden berekend.

    • Restitutie van reeds betaalde diensten of producten is niet mogelijk. Ontevredenheid over resultaten geeft geen recht op terugbetaling.

5. Annulering

    • Annuleren van afspraken voor sessies, trajecten of activiteiten dient minimaal 48 uur van tevoren te gebeuren per e-mail, onder vermelding van naam, datum en telefoonnummer.

    • Bij annulering korter dan 48 uur of bij niet verschijnen wordt de volledige gereserveerde tijd in rekening gebracht.

    • Vooraf betaalde diensten worden niet gerestitueerd. Indien mogelijk kan een afspraak verplaatst worden binnen twee maanden.

    • Bij annulering van een workshop kan deelname op een andere datum plaatsvinden (indien beschikbaar).

    • Online producten, zoals opnames of replays, komen niet in aanmerking voor annulering, retour of restitutie.

6. Overmacht

    • Onder overmacht wordt verstaan: alle omstandigheden buiten de macht van opdrachtnemer die nakoming van de overeenkomst verhinderen.

    • Tijdens overmacht worden verplichtingen van opdrachtnemer opgeschort.

    • Duurt de overmacht langer dan twee maanden, dan kunnen beide partijen de overeenkomst beëindigen zonder schadevergoeding.

7. Intellectueel eigendom

    • Alle teksten, modellen, audio’s, video’s, meditaties, oefeningen en ander materiaal van Nova Amare zijn eigendom van opdrachtnemer.

    • Deze mogen uitsluitend voor persoonlijk gebruik worden ingezet.

    • Het delen, verspreiden of commercieel gebruiken zonder schriftelijke toestemming is verboden.

    • Overtreding leidt tot een boete van €5.000, vermeerderd met €1.000 per dag dat de overtreding voortduurt.

8. Klachtenprocedure

    • Klachten over geleverde diensten dienen uiterlijk binnen 8 dagen schriftelijk te worden gemeld via info@novaamare.nl.

    • De klacht dient zo volledig mogelijk omschreven te zijn zodat opdrachtnemer adequaat kan reageren.

    • Indien geschillen niet in onderling overleg opgelost kunnen worden, is uitsluitend de rechter in het arrondissement van de vestigingsplaats van opdrachtnemer bevoegd.

9. Toepasselijk recht

    • Op alle overeenkomsten en diensten van Nova Amare is uitsluitend Nederlands recht van toepassing.
